What it's like
Ištar is the basement of Serrano 41: you come in down a staircase built as a descent, lit like candlelight, and below there is an afrohouse room where concrete blocks work as booth tables and dance platforms at once. The concept is a temple to the goddess Ishtar, and the night is serious: you come here to dance until it closes.
