MAD Pass (€3.99 / 48h) is a one-time pass for you and up to 3 guests, perfect for a weekend trial. MAD Essential (€8.99/month) is the full membership: unlimited guests on the list, priority at the door, members-only events, and one birthday a year. MAD Privé (€185/month) adds a free bottle every month at Magerit or Casa Suecia, plus personalized gifts.
Prices include VAT. What you see on the Stripe page is what you pay.
Once you pay, you receive a welcome WhatsApp and an email with your digital pass. From then on, just message +34 611 337 833 with the venue, date and number of people. The concierge handles it.
No. Final admission is always at the venue's discretion — capacity, age, dress code, profile. What we guarantee is putting you on the list or issuing your QR. No serious operator in Madrid can promise more, and we won't pretend to.
Yes. Both Essential and Privé are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, no commitment period, no cancellation fee. Cancel by WhatsApp or email and you keep access until the end of your paid month.
No. You keep access for the rest of the month you've already paid, but partial periods are not refunded. Pass is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once activated.
Yes, unlimited guests on the list. Keep in mind: the venue still decides who gets in based on capacity and profile.
Contact us at least 10 days before your birthday. We propose venues that fit your date and group, you choose, we organise. The aim is for you to spend little or nothing on your own birthday. Subject to venue availability.
One complimentary bottle every calendar month, redeemable at Magerit or Casa Suecia. Pick which night you want it, message us in advance. Unused bottles don't carry over to the next month.
No. Memberships are personal. The holder must be present when using guest list privileges.
All MAD partner venues — over 25 of the best clubs, lounges and restaurants in Madrid. The full list is available in the members' app and updated regularly.
We propose alternatives from our partner list. If nothing fits your night, you keep your membership active for future plans — closures don't refund.
Yes. Upgrade from Essential to Privé or downgrade — message us and we make the change effective on your next renewal date.
