What it's like
Fitz opened in 2023 in the old Sala Arena and takes its cue from the 1920s and Scott Fitzgerald, hence the name: two floors, several rooms and a lot of work on the lighting. It is where the night tends to end when someone is in town — artists passing through Madrid often finish here. It is on Princesa and opens almost every day, which is rare in the centre.
