What it's like
Fenómeno is a listening bar: four hundred square metres on Recoletos with twenty hand-built speakers, two DJ booths creating two different moods inside one room, and more than a dozen DJs playing vinyl only. The base is eighties and nineties funk and disco, not club electronica. No list needed, and it opens from late afternoon.
