What it's like
SixtyOne calls itself an art dining club: a restaurant until midnight, after which the lighting changes and the room becomes a club. The art installations rotate every six months and the cocktails are colour-coded to the works on show. It opened in late 2025 on José Abascal, behind a discreet façade with no visible sign.
